kharedi.in offers 30 Days Money Back Guarantee on select Products/Plans. All terms and conditions related to this policy are listed below.
General
- The guarantee is applicable on each product purchased within the list mentioned on this page for first 30 Days from time of placement of order.
- 30 Days are inclusive of any public holidays and non-working days.
- Guarantee is not applicable on renewal and upgrade of products
- Guarantee becomes void in case any fraud or abuse of products / services during the guarantee period
- Any tax amount paid with the product purchase is excluded from the Refund Calculations.
- For products purchased with Free Domain Name Registration / Transfer, the prevailing Registration / Transfer Cost of the Domain will be deducted from Product Cost in Refund Calculations.
- Moneyback Guarantee is applicable only once per client.
- Moneyback Guarantee is not applicable on re-order of products / services for same domain from same or different client account
- 4% incoming transaction Charges & 4% refund transaction charges will be deducted.
- if You have purchased Enterprise Plan and Developed Andriod App and thereafter refund asked, in this situation cost of Andriod app ie Rs.4500/- will be deducted. and if Andriod App has not been developed or initaied for development, the cost of Andriod app ie. Rs.4500/- will not be deducted
- Refund will not be provided if found copying the source script, hacking, damaging the reputation using reviews etc.
- Payment made towards third party Extension / Module as a part of Custom development will mot be refunded.
- Charges of premium theme will be deducted if purchased / Installed. if any website Customization / designing done by us as per clients requirment, in scuh case Rs.3000 will be deducted for entertaining staff.
- Rs.300 will be charges towards manpower and maintenance of service / NEFT refund process / refund transaction charges and maintenance of records for taxation and audit.

Claim Money Back
To claim Money Back, you must raise a Ticket from your Customer Login with product details, valid reason for cancellation and bank account details to which refund is to be credited. Once accepted, we will revert with confirmation of cancellation and refund within 30 days. Related product(s) will be terminated on immediate basis.All confirmed refunds are processed via Funds Transfer or Cheque to customer’s bank account within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
