WebMins uses browser storage and configured cookies to support account access, preferences and certain checkout or identity workflows. This policy covers cookies and similar technologies, including local storage and service-worker caches; these technologies have different lifetimes and clearing methods.

Verified application uses

Platform session clients store access and refresh session information in browser storage. The application stores interface preferences such as theme and sidebar state. A browser-bound HttpOnly SameSite=Lax cookie supports ChatGPT linking, and a currency cookie may inform checkout currency selection. Installation and notification preferences can be stored for PWA features.

Approved inventory and optional processing

The current inventory, lifetimes, analytics providers if enabled, purposes and optional controls are Verified cookies, local storage, analytics and optional tracking controls. This is the approved deployment-specific disclosure. Essential account or transaction functionality must be distinguished from optional analytics or advertising. No claim is made that optional trackers exist or are disabled until the deployment inventory confirms it.

Your choices

You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser and sign out through WebMins. Clearing storage may remove saved preferences or sign-in information; it does not delete server-side projects, accounts or orders. Where optional tracking is deployed, follow the specific controls listed above. Payment and AI provider sites may apply their own storage policies.
