By accessing kharedi.in, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information, be legally able to contract, and keep your login credentials secure.

Product descriptions, supported versions, license scope, plan limits, billing period and final price shown at checkout form part of your order. An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed or an eligible trial is activated. We may reject fraudulent, duplicate, technically impossible or policy-violating orders.

• A purchase grants the license displayed at checkout; ownership of intellectual property is not transferred.
• Domain-bound or activation-limited licenses may be used only within their recorded limits.
• You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, publish or share source files or license credentials unless the purchased license expressly permits it.
• Downloads and updates may have access limits or expiry periods displayed with the product or order.

Hosted plans provide access for the selected deployment, domain, term and service limits. You must control the submitted domain and use the service lawfully. Trials are limited to the stated period and eligibility rules. Unless checkout states automatic renewal, continued service requires a new paid term. Maintenance, security work or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

You must not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity; probe or disrupt security; upload malware; evade plan limits; or interfere with other customers. We may suspend access while investigating material risk or a breach.

The server-calculated checkout total is authoritative. Prices and availability may differ by currency or region. Applicable GST, sales tax or other taxes are displayed where configured. Payment is processed by the selected gateway under its terms; we do not ask you to send full card details to support.

Digital delivery, hosted activation, cancellations and refund eligibility follow our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

The platform, software, documentation, brands and content remain the property of their respective owners. Customer content remains the customer’s, while you grant the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process and deliver your service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful activity, material breach, security risk or misuse. Financial and audit records may be retained after closure where required by law or legitimate business needs.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but compatibility with every third-party environment and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the revised version here. Questions may be sent to customer support. These terms are governed by the law applicable to the operating business shown on this website, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
