Trolly Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd. supplies WebMins website kits, software packages and online services primarily through electronic fulfilment. Physical shipping is generally not applicable to these digital-only purchases. Any future physical offering must disclose separate delivery terms before payment.

Website kits and downloads

Eligible paid kit and software orders provide access through authenticated customer download or entitlement workflows after trusted payment verification. Access can depend on license, download limits and the purchased term. Saving a checkout page or returning from a gateway does not by itself grant a download.

Subscriptions and hosted activation

Online subscriptions and hosted website services activate according to their verified order and entitlement. Domain setup, customer action and deployment configuration may also be needed. The approved availability and failed-delivery procedure is Digital kits, downloads and subscription entitlements are made available through the authenticated account after trusted payment verification, subject to the purchased license and duration. No physical parcel, freight charge or customs delivery is included. Website generation, domain/DNS configuration and deployment may require additional processing or customer action; no instant completion or 24/7 uptime is guaranteed. If paid access/download is missing, contact support@webmins.com with the order/provider reference and error before paying again. Support verifies the payment, restores access or supplies an appropriate replacement/refund under the Refund Policy and applicable India/US consumer rights. Email notifications supplement account delivery and are not proof of successful payment.. No invented activation or download deadline is promised.

Delivery failures and support

If payment succeeded but the download or paid service is missing, contact support@webmins.com with the order number and error. Check your account and payment status before attempting another payment. Do not share protected download links, access keys or full payment credentials.

License, cancellation and refund links

Delivery is subject to the purchased license and entitlement duration. Consult the License Agreement for usage rights and Refund Policy for cancellation and refund eligibility. This policy does not turn a limited subscription into perpetual hosted access.

The published business address and support channel apply to both regions; no separate US office is represented.
